How it works
Three stages. Fixed scope at each one. You own everything at the end.
Stage one is design. You describe how the house is used and what you want it to do. I specify the equipment, verify every compatibility question, and send back a system design, a bill of materials, and wiring diagrams you can follow yourself or hand to an electrician. Nothing gets ordered until you are happy with the plan.
Stage two is your install. You pull wire and mount hardware on your own schedule. I stay reachable while you are doing it, because the diagram never quite matches where the joists actually are. This stage is where the labor savings come from, and it is the reason the whole model works.
Stage three is programming. Once the hardware is powered and on the network I connect remotely and load it: scenes, schedules, keypad assignments, alarm zone logic, and the integrations that tie the separate systems together. We test it on the phone and adjust until it does what you expected.
Scope and cost are quoted up front before any work starts. No contracts, no retainers, no monthly fees.
At the end you receive the programming files, the diagrams, and the equipment records. If you never call me again, everything still works and anyone competent can pick it up.
Stage three does not need me in your house
Once the hardware is powered and on the network, the programming happens over the wire. Anywhere in the continental United States, same process and the same result.
